The good news is that there is a long battery life and is easy. But all that is worth nothing if you cannot hear the other person. I had a Samsung and Sony before and never had this problem. The keyboard is hard and requires a sledge hammer to press the buttons. Bottom line: the phone is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Try Sony or Samsung, the cheapest models work better than this. I needed a replacement phone, and did not sign up for a new contract, so I bought a Nokia 1680c to the full retail price. This phone is a good value.
