How can you program an unlocked cell phone to Cingular?
Tuesday, December 15th, 2009I bought an unlocked phone off of ebay and it won’t pick up signal anywhere. Someone told me it is because all the cell phone companies use different frequencies and I need to program it to the carrier I have. I have Cingular and would really like to get this phone to work, because if not, then I just wasted $180!
