Can I have an unlocked cell phone locked to a particular service?
Tuesday, January 26th, 2010I’m experiencing probs with my recent ebay purchase of an unlocked phone jumping from service to service (T-Mobile, Cingular) and dropping calls. My understanding is that this is can be an issue with unlocked phones. I basically want this problem fixed.
